Next Day Delivery within Mainland UK is by WINETRAK (part of AMTRAK) and will require a signature.

Please use a work address for delivery if possible.

In the event of a failed delivery on the first attempt, the recipient will be left a card asking them to contact the depot to arrange a redelivery. The undelivered consignment will be held at the local AMTRAK depot for three days where the recipient can either collect the goods from the depot or arrange for a redelivery. In the event that this does not occur, the goods will be returned to Whiskyunlimited (at the cost of a consignment, which will be passed on to the customer).

Damages

Please ensure that parcels are checked carefully before signing for the goods.
If the packaging looks as if it has been opened or is wet or damaged in any way, please sign the WINETRAK sheet accordingly. It is not enough to write ‘Unexamined’.

Whiskyunlimited must be informed immediately, otherwise no claim can be entertained.
